PULL ON THE SCALE
Our scale is located right in front of the main office. Pull your vehicle onto the scale and wait for the siren before pulling off. Once your weight has been recorded, please come into the office and let the front desk agent know what you are picking up.

PICKUP YOUR MATERIAL
Once you have let the front office know what you are picking up, you may proceed into the yard to pickup your material.
Material can be loaded in 2 ways -
1. Our expert loader can load your truck or trailer
2. You can load yourself by hand or with shovels

WEIGH AGAIN & CHECK OUT
Once you have gotten as much or as little material as you would like, you will return to the scale to weigh again. After hearing the siren, pull off and safely park out of the way of incoming traffic. Then come into the office to pay for your material. We accept card, cash or check!

"BABY DUMP"
DELIVERY
The "Baby Dump" Truck is about the size of a mail truck - capable of carrying up to 8 Tons of material. This truck is great for navigating tighter driveways and dumping spots.

PICKUP TRUCK
DELIVERY
For Deliveries of only 1-2 Tons of material, we now have a Dump Bed Pickup Truck available! Perfect for getting into very tight spots and places with low branches or power lines.
NEW!
"TANDEM" DELIVERY
Our standard tandem dump trucks are used for most deliveries, and can carry up to 15 Tons at a time. This truck is great for most deliveries to most areas.


FLATBED
DELIVERY
Flatbed deliveries are available when you order flagstone, pavers, walls, or railroad ties. A "donkey" is brought with the truck and will unload your product with care.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY DELIVERY?
For best chances to secure the date you want, please schedule your delivery a week in advance.
HOW ARE DELIVERIES PRICED?
Delivery prices are comprised of the material cost (price per ton x number of tons ordered) and the Delivery Charge. The Delivery Charge is based off how far the delivery location is from Ute Pass Sand and Gravel. The Delivery Charge is charged per truck, regardless of how many tons of material is purchased. An unloading fee of $40 is included for flatbed deliveries only.
WHAT TIME WILL MY DELIVERY BE?
Due to the nature of the business (traffic, road closures, unforeseen circumstances) we cannot guarantee a time for your delivery. We recommend that you pick a day where you will be available between 8am and 4pm. We will call to let you know when your delivery is on its way.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY DELIVERY?
Deliveries can be paid for by card, check or cash. Your card will not be run until the delivery has been successfully loaded and weighed. We ask that when paying cash or check you come in and prepay for the delivery.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE, RESCHEDULE, or CANCEL MY DELIVERY?
Deliveries can be changed, rescheduled, or cancelled up until the day before your delivery free of charge. Fees may apply when if you cancel, reschedule, or change your delivery day-of.

WEIGHT Records
Our scale is CDA Certified and recalibrated annually.
For a $25 fee you can get officially recorded weights for your vehicle.
Come in anytime during business hours for a weight record.

MATERIAL RECYCLING
We take clean dirt, concrete and asphalt!
If you have clean material that needs dumped - we may take it!
Please call the office to get dumping approved.
Fees may apply.

LANDSCAPER RECOMMENDATIONS
Ute Pass Sand and Gravel regularly supplies many of the top landscapers in the area. Come in or call for a recommendation on who to work with for your project!
